Two years ago, we were hiking in Jotunheimen among some of the most beautiful mountains of Norway. As we climbed the vertical wall of Synshorn Via Ferrata (1475 m.), we thought to ourselves: wouldn't this be the perfect place for a dance video? Maybe not. It proved itself to be a very difficult project, with two years of back and forth with planning, replanning, practicing, bad weather, and then constantly modifying the whole project. Just when we were about to throw it in the bin, we got that one day where the weather was right and the crew was available. As we had only one day, we hiked up the first time at 04 am to catch the sunrise at the top. After filming the first part, we hiked back down, just to climb up the front wall and film in the ferrata at sunset. After 12 hours of filming, we had to climb to the top only in moonlight, and hike all the way back down in pitch black. On the exact date 2 years after the idea was born, we can finally show the result. We hope you like it – and if you do, please like it and share it with friends and family!
